Job Description

  • Maintain accurate records of Purchase Requests (PR).
  • Manage administrative tasks including project contracts and government permits.
  • Support HR and Admin Team Lead in office operations and workflow.
  • Processing and filing of Agency related requests.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of bachelor’s degree/Business-related course
  • Preferably with experience /background in payroll and timekeeping.
  • Preferably with experience /background in procurement activities, including the purchase of office supplies, rooms amenities need, cleaning supplies, equipment, and special projects for operations.
