Architect

Job Description

• Prepare, review, and evaluate architectural plans, designs, and layouts
• Ensure that designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and accessibility requirements
• Coordinate with the Lead Engineer and Project Engineer on design and construction activities
• Supervise and monitor architectural works to ensure quality and adherence to approved plans
• Review contractors’ architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on architectural progress and compliance
• Maintain and update architectural documentation, drawings, and as-built plans

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (PRC Registered)
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in architectural design and construction supervision
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
• Knowledgeable in the National Building Code of the Philippines, BP 344, Fire Code, and related standards
• Familiar with government design standards and green building principles
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in the Negros Island Region and travel as required
