Concierge
Job Description
• Attends to the daily concerns of residents and ensures that proper action is always taken
• Meet residents’ needs, offer options, resolve problems and give feedback to residents
• Ensures full customer satisfaction.
• Performs follow-up and monitors completion of all maintenance service requests.
• Assists residents in making arrangements for various services, whether inside or outside the property
• Organizes and coordinates all special/social events for residents
• Performs such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Tourism, Hospitality Management, or any related course
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of related work experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome if they have relevant internship experience
- With good communication and customer service skills
- Presentable and with a pleasant personality
- Can start immediately (ASAP)
