Job Description

  • Processess and organize invoices.
  • Assist in the review of ledgers, statement and balance sheets for accurancy.
  • Analyzes and processes payments of simple to complex financial obligations based on approved documents.
  • Coordinates the consolidations of various operating and financial reports.
  • Maintains accounts by recording, identifying and verifying financial transactions.
  • Follows internal accounting procedures and policies to ensure that financial security is maintained.
  • Assist in the preparation of journal vouchers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
  • Preferably with at least six (6) months of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications.
