Job Description
• Attends to the daily concerns of residents and ensures that proper action is always given
• Meet residents’ needs, offer options, resolves problems and gives feedback to residents
• Ensures full customer satisfaction.
• Performs follow-up and monitors completion of all maintenance service requests.
• Assists tenants, tenant-employees and visitors in making arrangements for various services, may it be inside or outside the property
• Organizes and coordinates all special/social event for tenants
• Performs such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Tourism Management, Hospitality Management or any related course
- With related experience as customer service
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Open in a shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
