• Efficiently perform routine errands such as purchase supplies, bank errands/bills payments requests, and document deliveries
• Handle petty cash and invoices related to required purchases
• Photocopy, file, shred documents as requested
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in administrative tasks or secretarial work
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
