Project Coordinator

Job Description

● Manage influencer/creator projects through daily internal and external coordination to meet project timelines.
● Work closely with the account executive from the briefing to the production stage of social media campaigns.
● Client-facing support to be activated as needed.
● Ensure the quality of production from creators involved, ensuring that the campaign objectives are met.
● Maintain rapport with creators to create smooth ways of working
● Prepare analysis and recommendations for campaign production as needed in monthly business reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing or Communications related courses
• Relevant experience in Project Management, Accounts Servicing from an advertising agency are preferred
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong organization and campaign management skills are required, with the use of Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite. Monday.com background is a plus.
