  • Address customer queries and complaints via phone, email in a person
  • Plan and organize property events
  • Maintain updated databases, including resident files, welcome program data and resident directory
  • Create regular summaries of events

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Hospitality or business admin
  • With at least 2 years of work experience in the real estate industry, property management, or hospitality management
  • With a dept experience in customer service and management
