JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements, including coordinating meetings and events.
  • Complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence and other tasks.
  • Perform filing works and central document control functions for the President
  • Monitor, screen and respond to incoming communications for the President as well as circulate outgoing communications as necessary
  • Serve as front-liner in receiving incoming calls and visitors of the President.
  • Assist in the processing of reimbursements of the Office of the President so as requests for payments, cash advances and liquidations used on business transactions.
  • Liaise with the Board members thru scheduling of board meetings, handling logistics of board meetings, sending materials for review prior to the meetings, taking and distributing notes and fielding general queries from the Board members.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Perform other works that maybe assigned from time to time.

JOB SUMMARY:

Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Must possess a College/Bachelor’s Degree, any course.
  • At least 10 years working experience in providing administrative support for an executive level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • With outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Trustworthy and can handle confidential information.
  • Willing to travel
