The ceremonial signing took place during the 410th General Membership Meeting of the Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors (PALSCON) at Dusit Thani, Ayala Center, Makati City.

Through this strategic Pag-IBIG housing loan partnership, LSERV aims to provide its workforce with easier access to low-cost housing options, Pag-IBIG-acquired assets, and home loan financing.
The MOU facilitates:
- Group sales of Pag-IBIG Fund’s Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA)
- Employee access to home-matching services
- Orientation and counseling on Pag-IBIG housing loan programs
- Streamlined loan servicing and amortization arrangement
This housing program is one of LSERV’s key initiatives to improve the quality of life for its employees and promote long-term financial stability through homeownership.

The MOU was signed by Mr. Joseph V. Angeles, President of LSERV Corporation, and Mr. Alexander Hilario G. Aguilar, Deputy CEO for Marketing, Product Development, and Sales Cluster of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund).
