On 2 August 2019, the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) approved the Corporation’s Amended Articles of Incorporation changing the corporation’s name from LBP Service Corporation to LSERV Corporation. Attached as Annex “A” of this Advisory is the copy of the Certificate of Filing of Amended Articles of Incorporation Issued by the SEC for your reference.
On 7 August 2019, the Corporation has also secured a BIR Certificate of Registration under its new corporate name, LSERV Corporation, a copy of which is attached as Annex “B” of this Advisory.
Moving forward, our contracts, billings, official receipts, and communications shall be under LSERV Corporation. For ease of transactions however, we have instructed our banks to honor our checks issued under or to LBP Service Corporation.
Notwithsdanding the change of name, the corporation retains the same corporate personality with the same management team, Company Registration Number and Tax Identification Number. Our company remains committed to providing the same quality service and partnership to our clients, suppliers and business Partners.
