Dear Stockholder:
In the interest of protecting you against COVID-19 disease and keeping you safe, the Board of Directors of LSERV Corporation (formerly, “LBP Service Corporation”) (the “Corporation”), in its meeting held on 17 April 2020 approved the postponement of the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting of the Corporation from 17 June 2020 to 12 August 2020. We will send you a separate notice containing the details of the said Annual Stockholders’ Meeting.
We also wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Corporation in the same meeting approved the declaration and distribution of cash dividends to all stockholders of the Corporation in the amount of Six Hundred Forty Pesos (Php 640.00) per share. The dividents will be distributed starting on 17 June 2020. For those stockholders whose dividends are paid through check, please contact Ms. Marie Jackielyn Ramos at 8843-2077 local 214 or mrramos@lserv.com.ph to set an appointment for the pick-up of your check.
